During this intimate meeting, participants will have the opportunity to share their goals, concerns & any previous experiences with yoga, body or wellness practices. Guided through a gentle assessment, participants will be assisted in identifying areas of focus, setting short term & long term intentions for their wellness journey.

The session includes a brief introduction to the offerings of Moksha & guidance to what practices & offerings best support one’s individual desires & intentions. An overview of various yoga styles, physical applications & mindfulness techniques allow the participant to explore what resonates most with them, leaving with a clearer understanding of how yoga & the offerings at Moksha can support physical, energetic, emotional, mental & spiritual well-being, along with a personalized plan to guide in the incorporation of practice.
